Due to recent issues with our merchant account and policies regarding electronic cigarettes we are unable to fill certain factory direct orders. If your order has not shipped and it has been more than 4 days, you will be contacted shortly. (Monday) We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.


We will start refunding orders starting Monday. Please understand it will take 2-5 full business days for your refund to post to your bank account. (Time varies depending on your bank) We again deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused our customers.


We are switching providers for our factory direct orders as well as relocating to a large office space to allow for more locally available storage. This will allows for much faster shipping times, more local coverage as will as much faster support time.
