How long will my order take to be filled?

Most orders are filled and shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends. Please check your "my account" tab to view the current status of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will arrive within 4-8 days depending on where you are located. (US orders arrive fastest) A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. Please use your tracking number to track the whereabouts of your order. US customers please check tracking here: http://www.usps.com/

International Customers please use your default postal service for tracking.  

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. A tracking number will be sent with your "shipped email". It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update. This is normal.

Who processes my credit card and where is it processed?

Your credit card will be processed by Forever Vapor a sister company of Vapor Talk. Your card is processed in the United States. Your billing details are never released, sold or shared with any other person or company. The shipping address you provide will be used solely to send your order. Your information is never shared. We take your privacy seriously. We are PCI DSS compliant and our checkout gateway is SSL secured.
