Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

All sales are final. If an item arrives defective or in non working condition please contact us for a replacement. Please allow up to 7 days for your replacement to arrive.

International Shipping  

We currently ship to Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, New Zealand and Australia. We do not ship to Russia, Korea, North Africa or Italy. *It is your responsibility to check your countries import laws before ordering.*

Warranty Information 

  • e Liquid - For safety reasons we do not accept returns on e liquid for any reason.
     
  • Starter  Kits - Atomizers DOA* Batteries 2 week limited. Chargers 2 week limited.

  • Batteries - 2 week limited warranty. Item must be returned for inspection.

  • Atomizers & Cartomizers - DOA*. If your atomizer arrives defective please notify us. There are no other exceptions.


* DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty means that you must inspect the product immediately upon receiving it. You have no more than 2 business days to inspect and contact us back for return/exchange.


Shipping

A tracking number will be sent to you in within 24-48 hours.  We pride ourselves on fast shipping, most orders arrive in 4-8 days depending on where you are located. In order to keep prices as low as possible we often ship directly from our partnered manufactures in China. There is no shipping Friday and Saturday. Shipping is Sunday - Thursday.

Shipping costs 

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $6.99 to US residents. Orders over $99 receive complimentary shipping. (US Residents only) If your order is over $99 and the shipping fee has not be removed please use the code: FREESHIPPING. 

If you are not a US resident, your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. 

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped Sunday - Thursday. Orders usually arrive within 4-8 days. Please understand we have no control over postal service delays.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in Southern California. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order has been filled we will send you an email notifying you that your order as shipped. That email will contain your tracking number. Orders are filled within 24-48 hours. Please be sure to check your spam folder. We suggest adding us to your safe senders list. 

How do I track my package?

US customers can check tracking numbers here: http://www.usps.com/ 

International customers please use your countries default postal service to check your tracking. (Canadian Post, Royal Mail etc)
